About the position

We are growing in the western region and are now looking for a proactive colleague who wants to be part of a close-knit and dynamic team with various areas of expertise. The role of Operations Technician primarily involves reporting faults, planned maintenance, and management of the client's properties - in this case, stations and depots, which means a varied and developing work environment. The work includes planning maintenance measures, as well as handling urgent situations that arise. We constantly strive for reduced environmental impact and resource efficiency for our clients. On-call duty may be included in the position.

About you

To succeed in the role, you need

• Higher vocational education of at least 1.5 years corresponding to 300 YH points or alternatively corresponding to 400 YH points with a focus on technology or property management
• Experience in operations and service work within property management
• Good technical knowledge and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Driver's license (B)

Meritorious

• Experience in operational optimization
• Authorization for staying in tracks
• Control and regulation technology education
• Experience in electrical, ventilation, HVAC, cooling, or similar.
• Experience in systematic fire protection work and sprinkler systems
