About the Position

We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient salesperson for our client in the construction and craftsmanship sector. The role is broad and suits those who thrive on responsibility, freedom, and the opportunity to influence both business and results. The position is located in the Stockholm area and will be filled immediately for the right person.

What the Role Involves

As a salesperson, you are responsible for the entire sales process – from prospecting to closing and follow-up. You actively work to identify new business opportunities, build long-term customer relationships, and act as an advisor to our clients.

Responsibilities may include:

Active prospecting and new customer outreach
Responsibility for the entire sales process (“from start to finish”)
Client meetings, needs analysis, and solution proposals
Follow-up and development of existing customers
Close collaboration with production and projects

Qualifications

Experience in sales within construction, craftsmanship, or related industries
Background as a carpenter or craftsman is an advantage
Strong ability to work independently and in a structured manner
Valid driver's license (mandatory)
Good communication skills in Swedish

Full-time
Fixed base salary with commission opportunities (flexible arrangement)
