We are looking for a nursing assistant with a fixed-term appointment as a team leader for Home Care South. You will be employed full-time (100%), and the position is divided between work in care (50%) and management/administration as a team leader (50%). In the role of team leader, you will have the opportunity to combine close, practical work with care recipients with contributing to structure, planning, and quality in the group's work.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant:

• You perform care and service tasks according to the Social Services Act.
• You work based on decided interventions and implementation plans in regular housing.
• You perform delegated health and medical care tasks.

As a team leader:

• You plan and coordinate daily interventions in the planning system LifeCare.
• You follow up on staffing needs and make orders.
• You are responsible for short-term staffing.
• You provide support to colleagues in complex cases and have contact with relatives when needed.
• You actively contribute to the quality work and goal fulfillment of the operation.

The position is during the day, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, and you will be based in Grevie.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.
• Has good digital skills and enjoys working in operational systems.
• Has a B driver's license and good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Has good collaboration skills and can work independently, structured, and solution-focused.
• Has the ability to meet people in various situations with respect, empathy, and professionalism.

Meritorious:

• Previous experience as a team leader or working in LifeCare/My Plans.
• Experience in administration and management.
