About us:

AuraDent Invisalign Center Liseberg, a stone's throw from Korsvägen in Gothenburg. As our name suggests, we work with a strong focus on orthodontics, especially Invisalign. In a short time, we have become a leading Invisalign provider and offer treatments with the Comprehensive system to provide the best possible care and results for our patients. Our clinic welcomes patients into a relaxing lounge with modern decor and has five treatment rooms. Our team in Gothenburg consists of three general dentists, three dental nurses, and a receptionist.

We are now looking for another dentist to expand our wonderful team. Join us on a fun and developing adventure!

Who are we looking for and what can we offer you?

We are looking for someone with a passionate interest in orthodontics and aligners who wants to grow in the field. It is a merit if you are Invisalign certified or have worked extensively with other aligner systems in the past. For us, professional development is an important part of our operations for all team members, and we therefore see that you are comfortable working delegated with your team members and involving them in the daily patient meetings. Your professional development is also high on our list, and there are opportunities for courses and certifications on an ongoing basis. It is important to us that all employees have a voice, feel heard for their thoughts and ideas, and feel included. The patient experience is A & O for us, and we always strive to provide patients with that extra care that they miss from other dental care providers. Therefore, we see that you should be very service-oriented, humble, and empathetic. We are a growing business in a development phase, and there is therefore room to influence and be involved in the development of the business. As a dentist, we see that you should be responsible, meticulous, and confident in your dental role.

In addition to the above competencies, we also see that you:

· Have a Swedish dental license

· At least one year of experience

· Master Swedish and English both spoken and written

· It is a merit if you have worked with aesthetic dentistry before

· It is a merit if you are Invisalign certified/have worked with aligners

Employment form and start date

We offer a full-time position (100%). We are continuously working with the selection process, and the appointment will be made by agreement.
