As an operational buyer, you will work closely with both production and suppliers to ensure material availability and delivery reliability in the daily flow. You will be an important part of the purchasing organization and have many points of contact, both locally and internationally.

Your tasks will include:

• Operational purchasing work and order placement in the business system
• Follow-up on deliveries, lead times, and deviations
• Ongoing contact with national and international suppliers
• Collaboration with production, planning, and logistics
• Ensuring material flow according to the production plan

We are looking for someone who is structured, solution-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced and responsible role. You are communicative and have an easy time collaborating with different functions.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in operational purchasing or supply chain
• Good system skills, preferably from larger business systems (ERP)
• Be meticulous, analytical, and service-oriented
• Good ability to communicate and follow up
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

Experience from manufacturing, international industry is a merit.
