We are now looking for an Operational Buyer for an exciting consulting assignment with a global player. You will be part of an engaged Indirect Sourcing team working within Temporary Labor, Travel, Professional Services, and Sales & Marketing.

The assignment is a parental leave cover where you will support the team operationally, drive purchasing activities, and contribute to savings and improved working methods. 🌍

About the assignment Location: Huskvarna, on-site Period: March 16, 2026 – July 17, 2026

About the role

You will carry out operational purchases according to sourcing strategy and policy. You will manage the supplier base and conduct RFQs in Coupa. You will identify and drive savings and improvement initiatives. You will participate in negotiations and ensure contract compliance. You will collaborate closely with Category Managers, other buyers, and stakeholders. You will support requesters in specifications and actively work on process development. 💡

Qualifications

University or college degree in Business or Economics, for example. At least 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing. Experience working in an international environment with multiple contact points. Strong negotiation skills. Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good system proficiency and experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Experience with indirect services, either from the purchasing or sales side. Experience with Coupa is a plus.
