💡About the assignment

We are now looking for a service-minded and engaged Customer Advisor for a customer center with high inflow. You will be an important contact point for customers and handle incoming cases via phone, email, chat, and web. You will work with advice related to several utilities such as electricity networks, electricity trading, fiber, and district heating, where the focus is always on finding the best solution for the customer. Through professional customer advising, you contribute to informed choices and more sustainable energy use.

The role is suitable for you who are solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and have a naturally positive and proactive approach – preferably with a sales mindset.

🧩Your tasks
  • Handle incoming customer cases through multiple channels

  • Provide professional advice and service with high quality

  • Process existing customers and develop long-term relationships

  • Work structured with administration and follow-up

  • Handle multiple parallel cases in a fast-paced environment

👤Who are you?

✅ Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service or advisory customer contact (phone, email, chat, or similar)

  • At least 1 year of experience in support within the energy sector

  • Experience with security-classified assignments

  • Experience working in the public sector

  • High school diploma

  • Very good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

  • Good computer skills and experience working in multiple systems simultaneously

  • Ability to work structured and handle high inflow

⭐Meritorious
  • Experience in sales-oriented customer dialogues or upselling

  • Experience with CRM or case management systems

  • Experience with complex customer cases or technical troubleshooting

  • Interest in energy and environmental issues

Practical details:

📍 Location & working hours: Jönköping, office hours 08:00-17:00 🕒 Scope: Full-time, 39 hours/week 📅 Assignment period: March 1 – May 31, 2026 🔄 Possibility of extension: Yes, can be extended until the end of the year.
