Working in a Rust store is fast-paced and varied, the tempo is high, but the joy is even higher! At the checkout, among the shelves, and in the midst of our campaigns, it is you who creates the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure that the store is neat, stocked, and inspiring. One day you help a customer find the right bathtub, the next day you completely remodel a department. No day is the same – and we love that!

You don't need to know everything from the start – we will teach you! But we believe that you:

This is how it works when you apply

With us, we skip the CV and cover letter (yes, you read that right!). After you submit your application, you will be directly invited to a chat-based first interview with our virtual recruitment assistant Hubert. The purpose of this interview is to make the selection process faster and more accurate – it does not replace the human interview, but serves as a first step that helps us create better conditions for a more in-depth conversation later in the process. The interview usually takes about 15–20 minutes to complete.

In addition to a chat interview, we want to get to know you through:

2. A short test (don’t worry – it’s not a math test)
3. An interview on-site at the store
4. Digital reference checking
5. A background check – nothing strange, just routine
