Do you want a meaningful and developing assignment this summer? We are now looking for registered nurses for temporary summer positions in home healthcare in Östra Göinge Municipality.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you will work independently in close collaboration with other healthcare staff in interdisciplinary teams. We provide home healthcare in both special housing and regular housing and have close cooperation with other care providers.

Your responsibilities include medical assessments, medication management, as well as support and advice to nursing staff. You will coordinate and plan the combined health and medical care efforts for individuals and maintain contact with relatives.

Driving is included in the position.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse. It is an advantage if you have further education as a district nurse and experience with the documentation system Treserva.

You are flexible, confident in making independent decisions, and used to working both independently and in close collaboration with others. You have good teamwork skills, are relationship-oriented, and meet patients, relatives, and colleagues with empathy and attentiveness.

You have good computer skills and express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Personal suitability is of great importance.

A valid driver's license (B) is required for the position.
