About the role - caregiver in home care.

As an employee with us, you work both independently and in teams - always close to the care recipient in their home. Your tasks include

• Participating in care and support, in close collaboration with nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
• Documenting according to applicable routines
• Contributing to the group's shared responsibility, quality/team meetings, and workplace meetings

We work solution-focused - seeing opportunities, not obstacles - and together we create a work environment where we have fun, develop, and support each other.

Is this you?

• You have passed Swedish 1/A (or Swedish as a second language)
• You have a B driver's license - a requirement for the position
• You are confident in both documentation and the Swedish language - both spoken and written
• You are engaged, responsible, and have a warm demeanor

• Salary: Individual salary setting according to collective agreement

• We apply trial employment for 6 months
