JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking licensed district nurses/nurses for municipal primary care in Åstorp municipality. We are planning for the summer and time off to ensure our employees get their recovery, which is why we need those of you who can support us during the summer. Since we operate a 24-hour service, we need substitutes for day, evening, and night shifts, both in regular housing, special housing, and within LSS. You will work during the day alongside your nursing colleagues. In the evening and at night, you will be the sole nurse in the municipality. You need to be confident in your profession. We offer a varied and responsible job. The work entails challenges and variation as both planned and unplanned interventions will be performed during a work shift.

You will perform independent assessments, planning, and medical actions for patients enrolled in home care and make decisions based on decision support up to the nursing level while also guiding care staff. In your work, you will focus on the patient's needs, and your approach will be characterized by commitment and attentiveness.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or nurse with experience working independently in municipal primary care. As a nurse, you are secure in your professional role and can independently overview, prioritize, and perform your tasks. You have the ability to make quick and clear decisions both independently and together with care staff and other relevant parties within the framework of your assignment. You enjoy working with other people, show empathy and respect, and are a good listener. You have the ability to plan care for your patients both in the short and long term. You are a good and loyal employee who contributes to a positive work environment through your attitude.

Collaboration is a significant part of your work and a success factor in the assignment. Personal suitability is of great importance. Experience in municipal primary care is an advantage. A driver's license is required as driving is part of the job.
