Change tracks, do something new

Personal assistant could be an option.

Working in a small tight-knit group and doing a lot of fun things during the day.

I live with a broken neck and am 100% paralyzed. I live without respiratory support, eat, and talk as usual. I have 5 assistants during the day who work 100%, we always have double staffing, and I have 2 assistants who share the awake night shift.

Now we need to strengthen the team with one more full-time, one part-time, and we may also need hourly employees who can step in during vacations and illness.

The working hours are 08-20, 08-22 every day, including weekends. We use a rolling 6-week schedule. In a full-time position, you work about 13 days a month and every other weekend, the rest you are off. Several of my assistants have worked with me for many years and have high competence; all the aids you can think of are available. So there are many opportunities for good training and support. There is a very good atmosphere in the group, so it is beneficial if you can easily adapt to new colleagues and tasks.

I live in a villa in Trosa, and the assistants have their own living room/lounge/kitchen, etc. Since the transportation to Trosa during weekends and summer can be poor, we require that you have access to your own car and a driver's license. It is good if you live in the vicinity. I also have my own car that we often go out in, so it is good if you enjoy driving.

Good Swedish in speech and writing is a requirement.

In order for us to assess your application, we need to know which position you are applying for: full-time, part-time, or hourly. We also want to know your age, where you live, if you have a driver's license, and access to your own car.
