About the Job

At the Maternity Ward, all new mothers and their babies born from week 35 are cared for.

We assist new parents and their children in getting a good start in life. We also offer breastfeeding counseling, outpatient services, and handle pregnancy terminations. We have a close collaboration with the delivery department and rotations between departments occur. The Maternity Ward also collaborates with the gynecology department and neonatal care as we apply shared care for mothers and babies. About You

We are looking for a licensed midwife. As a person, you are positive and flexible, able to adjust your planning based on the situation. You have good teamwork skills and a pleasant demeanor towards everyone you meet. We place great importance on personal suitability.

Other

Applicants who are considered for employment must present a certificate from the Swedish Police Authority's criminal record before employment.

Some of our positions are security classified, where the employee must undergo a security clearance interview and background check according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585).
