Our 1,800 employees work with close care and health in Uppsala County. We offer a wide range of services within primary care. Our patients meet us at Region Uppsala's own health centers or within habilitation, and we provide advice over the phone via 1177. Education, research, and development are important to us, as we tailor our offerings based on the needs of the residents. We already offer mobile teams, video visits, and smart e-services.

We offer a permanent position with a start date according to agreement. We prefer that you work full-time but are open to discussions regarding the working hours. A probationary period may be applied.

Your mission

We are looking for someone who wants a varied and developing job. The role includes typical nursing assistant tasks such as receiving patients at the reception, working in the laboratory, performing blood pressure measurements and EKGs, and assisting doctors and other professionals with various tasks. You will work in a team and also have your own clinic.

Your qualifications

We are looking for a trained nursing assistant with a certificate of protected professional title for nursing assistants from the National Board of Health and Welfare and experience in primary care. Experience with flexlab, sample collection work, and Cosmic is an advantage.

Your competence

We are looking for a positive, driven, and flexible nursing assistant who enjoys varied tasks and patient contact. You have a strong sense of service, good teamwork skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. We value your ability to find solutions, your desire to develop your role, and your confidence in your professional role. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Our operations

Skutskär Health Center is located a five-minute walk from the train station, making it easy to commute from both Gävle (17 km) and Uppsala (90 km). We have 9,000 registered patients and 38 employees. All professional fields are represented here, and together we offer all services within the health center's mission.

The health center belongs to the Near Care and Health administration in Region Uppsala. We want you to thrive and develop with us.
