Sandviken Södra Health Center is a well-established health center with over 11,300 registered patients. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a specialist physician with us, you will work closely with various professional groups at the health center. We are a stable and experienced staff working together for our common mission to support, treat, and guide people towards a healthier life. You will also contribute to business development and actively participate in creating even better care for our patients. Your work will also include close collaboration with Sandviken Norra, where you meet once a day and participate in collegial meetings with medical discussions.

Your main responsibilities

• consultation work with urgent visits, new patients, and follow-ups
• assisted living, LSS, and child health care
• supervision of doctors in training
• development of teamwork with other professional categories.
• on-call and standby duties.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with strong collaboration skills who enjoys working together with colleagues and patients. You influence and inspire through your engagement and communication style, contributing to motivation and a positive work climate. With high flexibility, you can adapt to patients' needs and changing situations while taking the initiative to drive improvements and development within the organization.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Swedish medical license with specialist training in general medicine

Experience in primary care is an advantage.
