Bollnäs home care area Söder is now looking for you as a nursing assistant/caregiver for a longer temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Job Responsibilities

Work within home care is varied and offers many exciting encounters with interesting people. As a nursing assistant/caregiver, you will work to provide care and support based on the needs of the user. It is important for us that the user maintains their self-determination, influence, and dignity. You will have the implementation plan developed together with the user to assist you. Medical interventions are carried out under the delegation of licensed personnel. By having a responsive and professional approach, you contribute to the experience of security.

Depending on the user's needs, you may work alone at times and together with colleagues at other times. In addition to working with colleagues, you will also collaborate with relatives and resource persons such as nurses and physiotherapists.

Qualifications

You are a trained nursing assistant and have experience in the field, or alternatively a caregiver with experience in the field. A driver's license is required. Since documentation is part of your duties, it is important that you master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As the work is varied, it is important that you can easily adapt to changing conditions and remain calm in pressured situations. With many encounters, it is important that you can work well with others and have a willingness to help others. You have a commitment to the target group and a positive attitude that promotes a good working climate in the workplace. The job requires some planning, so we prefer that you can easily organize and prioritize your tasks effectively.
