The Social Services Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses five areas of operation. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term accommodations, as well as management support.

The Social Services Administration offers meaningful and significant work. Our aim is for care and support to be based on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

Within the nursing unit, six nurses work focused on social psychiatry/LSS housing.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We give you the freedom to plan the daily work based on the medical responsibility for the patient. Your work is based on teamwork with the patient at the center, where guidance of care staff and distribution and coordination of care work is a significant part. Contact with relatives is an obvious part of the work. You will work on everything from preventing ill health to managing acute conditions. Documentation is done in the data journal system Lifecare HSL. Working hours are during the day, Monday to Friday.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. If you have further education in district, elderly, or psychiatric care, it is an advantage. In the role of a nurse, it is required that you can work independently but also be a team player. The assignment includes guiding care staff, so it is important that you have good pedagogical skills, are attentive, and are available for the care staff. As a person, you are structured and can prioritize your work. Of course, you have a good approach and are confident in your professional role. A driver's license is a requirement as driving is included in the position. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability.
