Physiotherapy specialist care Gästrikland is responsible for providing physiotherapy to inpatients and outpatient patients within specialist care at Gävle Hospital, Tullhuset, and Sandviken Hospital.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a physiotherapist, you will focus on the patient's ability to engage in physical activity and participation through mobilization and rehabilitation to prevent inactivity complications and plan for an active life and increased quality of life. You will work independently but also in close collaboration with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, other professional categories, and colleagues.

As a physiotherapist with us, you will:

• be responsible for the assessment and mobilization/rehabilitation of patients during their care/rehabilitation period
• stimulate physical activity/mobilization
• drive development together with colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

In the role of physiotherapist, you should:

• be a licensed physiotherapist.

For this position, it is advantageous if you have experience working in a department and a deep knowledge of respiratory care and transfer techniques.
