The ENT clinic in Gävle investigates and treats diseases within the entire ear, nose, and throat area. We conduct both planned medical appointments and emergency services, and perform surgeries at the clinic, day surgery, and central operations. Our team consists of doctors, nurses, operating room nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries working together to provide our patients with the best possible care.

Our clinic is a stable and well-functioning operation with high continuity. We operate entirely without hired staff and have an organization that allows us to receive all patients within the care guarantee. This creates security for both our patients and you as an employee.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nurse with us, you play a central role in creating a safe and efficient patient flow in accordance with our routines and guidelines. You will work in a dynamic and patient-focused environment with varied tasks that provide both breadth and development. The position is primarily located at the ENT clinic but also includes 20% rotation to a department of your choice, giving you the opportunity to further broaden your skills.

Main Responsibilities

• telephone advice
• participation in the clinic's surgical activities
• assist doctors during examinations
• assist doctors during certain types of surgeries
• participation in the trach team.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is confident in their role as a nurse and who thrives in an environment where the pace and conditions can change rapidly. For the role, it is required that you are:

• a licensed nurse.

It is advantageous if you have previous experience in outpatient work. Previous experience in surgical nursing is also a plus.
