Care Administration

The Care Administration, with approximately 1275 employees, encompasses five areas of operation. These are ordinary housing, special housing, LSS and social psychiatry, HSL and short-term accommodations, as well as management support.

The Care Administration offers a meaningful and significant job. Our goal is for care and support to be based on collaboration between the individual, relatives, and employees.

Within the Care Administration, about 75 nurses work in a consolidated nursing unit. Within the unit, there is a certain division between home care, special housing, and LSS, where you have collegial meetings and support.

As a substitute nurse in Sandviken municipality, you will receive a generous hourly bonus during weeks 25-33.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role as a nurse, you have ongoing medical responsibility for the patients, making independent observations and assessments. Documentation is done in the data journal system Lifecare HSL. We strive for strong teamwork with the patient at the center. Contact with relatives is an obvious part of the work. The work is varied, ranging from preventing ill health to managing acute conditions.

The organization is staffed with regular personnel throughout the year, and you who work with us have strong support from your colleagues.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a licensed nurse. Further education in district, elderly, or psychiatric care is an advantage. The position requires that you can work independently but also be a team player.

As a person, you are structured and can prioritize your work. Of course, you have a good attitude and are confident in your professional role. We will place great emphasis on personal qualities and suitability.

A driver's license is a requirement.
