Your Mission

Your main tasks will primarily consist of providing care by assisting residents with personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, social activities, and performing HSL tasks as delegated. In addition to basic tasks, you will document and work in a team-based manner with your colleagues, licensed staff, and unit manager to ensure that residents receive their approved services. Working hours are scheduled during days, evenings, and weekends on a rotating basis. We have close cooperation throughout Enriset, so you should be prepared to work in the entire facility and, if necessary, across the entire operational area and Welfare sector.

Workplace Description

Enriset is a care and nursing home with 90 places distributed across various housing forms: service housing, group housing, and dementia care.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained care assistant and has a genuine interest in working with people, with a focus on the residents. It is an advantage if you have previously worked with elderly care. The work requires documentation and communication skills. You should have a good ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Since the computer is an important work tool in this position, it is also desirable that you have good computer skills.

With the willingness and ability to collaborate with different professional groups, you create a good team spirit and conditions for successful work.
