Örkelljunga municipality is actively working on the transition to Close Care and is now expanding our team with an additional nurse. The position initially involves working as a pool nurse but will eventually develop into a position with nursing responsibility based on the needs of the operations.

NVP, registration in quality registers, and innovative thinking in welfare technology are some parts of our daily work to strengthen and develop municipal health and medical care moving forward.

The workgroup consists of about 20 district nurses and nurses, who are distributed among nursing-responsible nurses, pool nurses, and evening/night nurses. Our workgroup also includes HSL nursing assistants.

We are a stable workgroup that covers our own staffing, where community and collaboration are a natural part.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are initially looking for a pool nurse who wants to work variably within home care, special housing, short-term units, and LSS.

The position will eventually develop into a role with nursing responsibility based on the needs of the operations.

The position involves daytime work and weekend duty every 5th week.

The role also includes mentoring care staff and close collaboration with occupational therapists and physiotherapists.

QUALIFICATIONS

You must be a licensed nurse. We prefer that you have a few years of experience in municipal primary care, but this is not a requirement. Further education in relevant areas is an advantage.
