About the organization Kry Health Center Älta, along with its home care and child healthcare services, is located in newly built premises in Älta center. The health center is characterized by a competent team with a family-like atmosphere where employees support, guide, and inspire each other. Among the staff are specialist doctors in general medicine, resident doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, and social workers. The employees work towards a common goal with the patient in focus through collaboration and good service.

About the role

• Your main area will be to manage the health center's administrative tasks such as organizing vacations, payroll reporting, scheduling, and to some extent the overall scheduling together with the coordinator. You are also expected to act as the acting operations manager in the absence of the operations manager.

• You will have personnel responsibility for nurses, nursing assistants, receptionists, social workers, and rehabilitation coordinators.

• Together with the operations manager, lead the health center in accordance with Kry's operational model and ensure good medical quality and patient safety.

• Contribute to the continued development of the organization by working towards jointly set goals, as well as further developing processes and routines locally.

• In addition to your duties as Assistant Operations Manager, you are expected to work clinically as a nurse in the organization, scope according to agreement.

Qualifications & qualities

• You are a licensed nurse or district nurse.

• Have at least 1 year of professional experience from working in a health center.

• Previous leadership experience and/or experience with personnel responsibility is an advantage, but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you are driven and interested in developing in an administrative leadership role.

• You have a high sense of service and are professional in your interactions. Additionally, you have good collaboration skills and are responsive to both colleagues and patients.

• Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive in a role where you are encouraged to take initiative. It is important that you are solution-oriented and proactive to succeed in the position.

• Finally, you are structured in your work. Clear but positive communication in your leadership is required.
