We are looking for a Requirements Representative who wants to help drive our work in information security forward. With us, you will have the opportunity to use your expertise where it really makes a difference – both today and in the future.
About the position
As a Requirements Representative, you will belong to the IT Governance department within the Infrastructure Staff at FMV. IT Governance is responsible for maintaining specialist competence within the area of ISD (Information Security Declaration). The ISD process is a support process aimed at ensuring information security in the products FMV develops for the Armed Forces.
In your role as a Requirements Representative, you will work together with the method representative of ISD and FMV's material procurement projects to create conditions for the organization to manage information security in production for the Armed Forces. You are responsible for ensuring that external requirements (laws and regulations), standards, agreements, and customer requirements are applied within FMV production.
The role involves monitoring the external environment and indicating which governing laws and agreements, standards, regulations, etc. are applicable, as well as assessing the applicability of these regulations within production. You will report the need for development of FMV design rules, instructions, and guidelines or other measures to meet applicable regulations, agreements, and standards. You are also responsible for identifying the need for and conducting internal operational audits to follow up on compliance with requirements, regulations, agreements, and standards.
The position is based in Stockholm.
About you
We are looking for someone who is a civil or university engineer, systems scientist, or has another equivalent education or competence deemed relevant to the area.
You have several years of current and relevant work experience in information security. You are certified in a relevant area, such as CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) or equivalent competence. Furthermore, you have extensive work experience in assessing the applicability of information security requirements such as the Armed Forces' Requirements for IT Security Capabilities (KSF), or equivalent requirements. You also have a very good knowledge of governing regulations for information security, preferably within total defense. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you have knowledge of AI, security protection, law, and/or have actively worked in some form with compliance with regulations. We view it positively if you have current experience with security approval of information systems, preferably within total defense, as well as experience in accreditation work within the defense industry. Furthermore, it is a significant advantage if you have good knowledge of FMV's working methods and relevant processes within the Armed Forces, as well as technical knowledge within FMV/Armed Forces such as IT systems, design rules, approved components, and signal protection.

Additionally, you have a very good ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
