About the Position

As a diabetes nurse with us, you will have a coordinating responsibility for our patients with type 2 diabetes. The work includes planning, follow-up, and treatment.

Regardless of your role, the position also includes regular tasks at the health center, such as outpatient work, telephone counseling, home visits, and work in our digital channels – something we all actively engage in within the organization.

Who Are You?

You are a licensed nurse, preferably with specialist training in primary health care and ideally further education in diabetes care. Experience in primary care is an advantage.
