The job involves spending time with our cheerful 10-year-old girl who lives in Färjestaden. She loves excitement and activity, and since the client is a child, you need to have a lot of energy, and we hope you still have a touch of childlike spirit.

Our girl has no verbal communication and primarily communicates through body language and sound melodies, as well as some aids - so it is essential that you are attentive and sensitive to her needs and wishes.

Her biggest interests are mainly music and dance, but there will also be many outdoor activities such as visiting playgrounds, swimming, jumping on trampolines, and coming up with various activities.

The job means that you and the girl will do many activities together, but it can also involve some hanging out at home and activities with the whole family.

You as a person are forward-thinking, outgoing, proactive, and especially inventive as the job requires a lot of initiative and you need to be able to be independent and manage freedom with responsibility.

At the client's request, we are looking for a woman aged 20-40 years.

• Employment type: Fixed-term employment as long as the assistance assignment lasts

• Scope: 70-78%

• Working hours: Mainly evenings on weekdays starting at 13:10/17:00 to 21:30/22:00, and one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday a month between 10:00-22:00 when the client is in school during the day. During summer/vacation/holidays, the hours usually change to longer days but fewer.

• Start date: 1/4-2026, training will take place earlier.

We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.
