Choose Telge – where you can combine business acumen with social benefit
As an employee, you will have freedom under responsibility and the opportunity to make an impact.
Here’s what Peter Gustafsson, the recruiting manager, says about the role:
"In the role of IT Management Leader, you will be responsible for the IT technical system support, which directly and indirectly affects the daily lives of all our employees, our subcontractors, and all our tenants. You have both operational skills and strategic insight, depending on what the situation requires. You will have a supportive team to help you!"
Responsibilities and Competence Requirements
As the IT Management Leader, you will be responsible for the systems and associated system processes where Telge Bostäder is the main contractor. This primarily concerns the property system Vitec and its modules. An important part of the job also involves the system's connections and integrations, for example, to the financial system, laundry booking, and rental website. You will have two colleagues who work with registry maintenance and implementation projects. You will also collaborate closely with the supplier and the municipality's IT department.
You are the person that superusers in various operations turn to. You collaborate closely with representatives from different parts of Telge Bostäder and other companies in the group. You order and follow up on deliveries from our IT suppliers, both in terms of price and functionality, and you participate in procurements. In our business development projects, including increasing the use of AI, you represent the technology and systems area and are responsible for current project deliveries.
To succeed in this role, you need to be accustomed to taking total responsibility for a large system with many modules, integrations, and users, where every minute of downtime affects the business.
You have both operational experience and strategic capability and can switch between perspectives depending on the situation. You need to have a high ability for self-leadership, be curious and knowledge-seeking, and have an easy time making contact and communicating with people with varying degrees of IT maturity.
We are looking for someone who is technically skilled and has the ability to understand the relationships between different IT systems. You are used to taking significant responsibility and working independently. You are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You work efficiently and enjoy collaborating. You are methodical and have the ability to handle multiple parallel tasks. As a person, you are open, straightforward, personal, and courageous – values that align with Telge's core values.
Education and Experience
- At least upper secondary education.
- Meritorious with an academic education in system science or IT.
- Experience with Vitec, or similar property systems is highly meritorious.
- Extensive work experience in similar tasks is required, preferably within the real estate industry.
- If you have worked in the public utility sector, that’s a plus.
- Very good knowledge of the Office suite.
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish.
