Description Our client in retail is seeking a Program Technical Team Lead for a comprehensive program focused on implementing and integrating a new planning solution in a complex and diversified IT environment. The role involves overall responsibility for the technical delivery and ensures that the solution interacts with internal systems, external vendors, and multiple stakeholders. You will be a central part of the program's PMO and work closely with teams in both business and process to ensure that the technical delivery enables business transformation, efficient process design, and successful program execution.

Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating the technical delivery throughout the program, from architecture and integration to deployment, data management, security, and analytics. You will act as one of the main technical contacts with external system vendors and ensure that the solution is integrated effectively and sustainably into the existing IT environment. The work involves navigating a complex system landscape with many dependencies, stakeholders, and legacy systems while ensuring that the solution meets high standards for quality, security, data governance, and enterprise architecture. You will identify and manage technical risks, drive planning and resource allocation, and track milestones to ensure delivery according to schedule. The role also involves facilitating collaboration between technical teams, the business, and PMO to create transparency, well-informed decisions, and long-term sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in leading technical delivery in complex programs with multiple parallel workstreams

  • Strong technical expertise in architecture, integration, data, security, and system landscapes with multiple dependencies

  • Experience working closely with external system vendors and ensuring successful integration into the existing IT environment

  • Ability to manage technical risks, dependencies, and stakeholders in a larger organization

  • Experience working within program governance or PMO structure

  • Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with both technical and business-oriented teams

Desirable Qualifications

  • Experience in implementing supply chain platforms for demand and supply planning, including allocation and replenishment
