Your Responsibilities
As a master in IT, you will work with first-line support for some of Centric's exciting clients in Stockholm. Your tasks will, of course, vary depending on which client you end up with, but you can rest assured – we guarantee you a developing and fun assignment! As an IT consultant at Centric, we believe you always do your best for the client and are a team player who enjoys collaborating. Regardless of what your colleagues at Centric are up to, we all have one common denominator – we care about each other!

Since your days will likely involve a lot of social contact, it is important that you feel comfortable with that. After all, you will be the first point of contact when employees call in for help with IT-related issues.

Your Profile

We would like you to have a genuine interest in IT and technology. If you have completed a high school IT education, that is a plus. As an IT consultant, we prefer that you are service-minded, humble, and skilled at solving various IT problems.

Requirements

· At least six months of work experience in the service desk field

· Experience working in a Windows environment

· Experience working with Active Directory

· Experience in troubleshooting and installing applications

· Fluent in Swedish and English – both spoken and written!

Meritorious

· Education in IT

· Driver's license
