New energy, new colleagues – Stocksund Health Center is growing.

We are now looking for a district nurse who wants to take a central and leading role in the reception work at Stocksund Health Center.

The assignment includes both leading and participating in the daily nursing work and, in close collaboration with our well-dimensioned medical team, being responsible for triage and prioritization for the entire primary care clinic. As a district nurse with us, you will be the hub of the clinic's flows with good oversight and quick decision-making pathways.

The clinical daily work is carried out in close collaboration between doctors, district nurses, nursing assistants, and administrative staff. You always have quick access to medical advice and support in assessment situations.

Your role

As a coordinating district nurse, you will work with both reception work and team leadership. The role is varied and allows for development – both individually and together with the team, as well as contributing to improved working methods and structures.

About you

You actively contribute to good care and a good working climate. You thrive in smaller teams, take responsibility, and value close collaboration across professional boundaries. You are flexible, unpretentious, and solution-oriented, and comfortable adapting to the clinic's needs.

Qualifications

Licensed district nurse
Other meritorious experiences: knowledge in Takecare, experience in reception work, experience in leadership

Employment form

Permanent employment, full-time. Monday–Friday 8-17. A probationary period may apply. Start date according to agreement.

You have a basic employment as DSK/lic. RN. For the coordinator assignment, you will receive a salary supplement, and the assignment is renewed every three years.
