Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care services in Stockholm

Hemstyrkan currently provides home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City. We operate home care around the clock and currently have 4 locations in Råcksta (Bromma), Axelsberg (Hägersten), Hammarbyhöjden (Johanneshov), and Östermalm (Hjorthagen). We have a collective agreement and the company provides work clothes during working hours.

Your role

We are looking for you who are a Nursing Assistant and who, together with your colleagues, want to make a difference in everyday life so that our clients can safely stay in their homes.

Your work should be characterized by care, quality, and presence.

Your tasks with us will include performing care and service tasks in our clients' homes. The position includes being a contact person and, to some extent, participating in care planning.

We have high demands for social documentation.

We are looking for staff for extra work as needed. We provide home care 365 days a year.

Working hours are:

07:00-15:45 or 15:45-22:00

We are primarily looking for people who can work evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a Nursing Assistant
• Manual B driver's license and experience in driving a car, or experience in cycling and willingness to do so in the job
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and a holistic perspective
• Ability to meet people in various life situations in a professional and respectful manner
• Stress-resistant and calm
• Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good skills in cooking and maintaining a household
