About Us

Habilitation Center Linde provides services to individuals over 18 years old with congenital or early-onset disabilities that cause difficulties in daily life, such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD), intellectual disabilities, or movement disabilities.

By providing advice, support, and treatment to the patient and their network, we can prevent and reduce the difficulties that a disability may entail. We create conditions for the patient to function at their best in daily life. We work in interdisciplinary teams with social workers, speech therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.

Our clinic is located in Johanneshov, near the light rail and subway.

About the Position

We are now seeking a psychologist for our ASD team. In the team, you will be responsible for the psychological perspective together with your psychologist colleagues and work closely with other professionals in the team.

Responsibilities

• Psychoeducational and therapeutic interventions individually and in groups.
• A consultative and advisory role to the patient and their environment, both individually and in close collaboration with other professionals.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers.
• Leading groups and lectures based on your professional knowledge.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a licensed psychologist.
• Has experience in habilitation or with our target groups.
• Can combine structure and flexibility in planning their own work and in patient interactions.
• Can prioritize in a daily life with varying pace.
• Can work independently but also in a team.
• Contributes to a good collaborative climate through attentiveness and clarity and appreciates collegial learning.
• Has a good ability to express themselves clearly and professionally in records, certificates, and collaboration.
• Has an interest in people with disabilities and is engaged in understanding patients who often do not conform to norms and require significant adjustments in working methods, but also has the ability and enjoys working within the frameworks found in our structured care processes and habilitation programs.
• Is interested in development and contributing, both in your clinical work and in our collective work at the unit.
