Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care services in Stockholm

Hemstyrkan currently provides home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City. We operate home care around the clock and currently have 4 locations in Råcksta (Bromma), Axelsberg (Hägersten), Hammarbyhöjden (Johanneshov), and Hjorthagen (Hjorthagen). We have a collective agreement and the company provides work clothes during working hours.

Your role

We are looking for you who are a Nursing Assistant and together with your colleagues want to make a difference in everyday life so that our clients can safely stay in their homes.

Your work should be characterized by care, quality, and presence.

Your tasks with us will include providing care services and support services in our clients' homes. The position includes case management and, to some extent, participation in care planning.

We have high demands for social documentation.

We are looking for staff who want to work in home care during the summer, both as extra work and summer substitutes.

The substitutes start around week 22-25 and last until approximately weeks 33-36. Of course, we will agree! The substitutes range from full-time to part-time.

Working hours are:

07:00-15:45

15:45-22:00

Qualifications

• Protected professional title from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a Nursing Assistant
• Manual B driver's license and experience driving a car or willingness to cycle in the job
• Have a sense of service, responsibility, and a holistic perspective
• Ability to meet people in various life situations in a professional and respectful manner
• Stress-resistant and calm
• Good command of Swedish in both speech and writing
• Good knowledge of cooking and household management
