🩺About the role As a nurse/district nurse in home care at Kry Sundbyberg, you will work in a team with a registered nurse, a nursing assistant, and a doctor. You will be responsible for approximately 160 patients divided into four areas with patients enrolled in home care. Your tasks will include assessments of various conditions in the patient's home, wound care, medication management, catheter care, etc.

👤Qualifications & qualities

• Experience working independently with your own assessments but also in a team

• Licensed nurse, preferably a district nurse

• Experience in Swedish healthcare, experience from primary care and home care is highly meritorious

• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Additional language skills are an advantage

• Good technical skills

• You work evidence-based, are professional in your approach, and prioritize putting the patient first

• You have good collaboration skills and are attentive to both colleagues and patients
