As a coordinator at Abborre AB, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating care interventions according to assistance decisions. You will ensure that users receive their approved services and that the daily work of the care staff is well-planned.

The tasks include scheduling and staffing during sick leave and vacation, ongoing contact with users, relatives, other care providers, and documentation according to the Social Services Act (SoL) and the company's routines. The role is central to the collaboration between employees and managers and includes participation in meetings as well as responsibility for area and quality group meetings.
