About the Position

You will be part of a team with dedicated colleagues and skilled managers. Here you primarily work with care staff, nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. An important role you have is to guide employees in various care issues, provide telephone advice, and delegate tasks. We use a digital signing system for delegated care staff. You are an important part of the work in person-centered care, BPSD, and palliative care through NVP. The shifts mainly consist of day shifts, but there are also some occasional evening shifts and weekend shifts every sixth weekend.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Perform medical assessments.
• Round with doctors.
• Medication management.
• Guide employees in various care issues.
• Provide telephone advice.
• Delegate tasks to care staff.
• Provide person-centered care, BPSD, and palliative care through NVP.

About You

For this position, you need to:

• Be a licensed nurse.
• Have a driver's license for manual transmission and driving experience.

It is an advantage if you also have:

• Experience in elderly care.
• Further education in elderly care.

You want to be part of developing care quality and improving patient safety in our special accommodations. Caring for our elderly and working in elderly care is important and meaningful to you. You enjoy working independently, making assessments, and making your own decisions, but also working in a multidisciplinary team. You like having varied tasks and have a flexible approach.

Kristinagården is located in Hallstavik and has 46 apartments, of which 5 are for short-term accommodation. Our goal is to create a residence that we ourselves would choose to live in.
