We are growing and need to expand our staffing with an additional District Nurse.

We are now looking for you as a district nurse!

Job Responsibilities

The position involves standard work as a district nurse/nurse and working in our SMO clinic for adults with disabilities. The unit is located at Handens Hospital. We have about 21,500 registered patients, of which 160 are in home care. Collaboration with other healthcare providers such as municipalities, relatives, and inpatient care is important to us and part of the daily work.

Qualifications

District Nurse. Experience with LSS housing, knowledge of diabetes, and familiarity with the journal systems Take Care, Life Care, and Teleq are advantageous.

Employment Type

Permanent employment, full-time 100%. A probationary period may be applied.

  • employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is conducted through occupational health services before employment.
  • in addition to Swedish professional licensure, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
