Your Responsibilities

Saab is now looking for a production planner for upcoming needs. As a production planner, you will be part of our planning team within the Project and Planning department. The team's main mission is to manage customer orders in IFS, from demand to delivery, ensure a balanced workload throughout the production chain, and provide clear information about the status of the assigned projects. In your role, you will act as an important link between project management, product planning, industrialization, and production.

Your responsibilities include planning and monitoring the manufacturing process according to project timelines. This includes ensuring that production starts on schedule, being responsible for resource planning, and collaborating with the production manager to set up and plan production orders.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Ensure that production starts follow timelines
• Be responsible for resource planning
• Plan and create manufacturing orders together with the production line manager
• Work closely with colleagues in the planning team and collaborate with other departments such as purchasing, project management, development, and production.

Your Profile

We are looking for a positive and structured team player with strong drive. You are a responsible and meticulous person who enjoys administrative tasks and coordinating product flows in close collaboration with other departments. Since the role involves many points of contact, it is important that you have excellent social and communication skills and are proficient in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

We expect you to have a relevant post-secondary education and several years of experience in a similar role within manufacturing and production. Knowledge of IFS or other MPS systems is an advantage for this role.
