Elektroautomatik is now seeking a driven and customer-oriented Technical Lead Engineer for our growing consulting department in Södertälje.

Your role

The role of Technical Leader is an advanced position where you work as a consultant and project manager in production and automation assignments. In your role, you will work on-site with clients while simultaneously managing several projects of both larger and smaller nature.

As a Technical Leader, you will be offered a varied role with a lot of freedom under responsibility. With good business acumen, you will be responsible for ensuring that assignments are carried out in the best possible way, focusing on technology, time, economy, and of course, a satisfied customer.

In this role, you will be responsible for internal and external contacts, both with clients, suppliers, and consultants. Your task is to lead, collaborate, and negotiate with all parties involved in order to achieve set project goals. Since each project is unique, you will have the chance to work with exciting technology and customized solutions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Actively drive departmental new sales and upselling. For continued good profitability through strong personal engagement and actively support employees.
• Team responsibility and actively follow up on assignments and their clients.
• Be the contact with our partners and subcontractors. Strive for a profitable collaboration for both parties.
• Ensure that EA Consultants' consultants are business-oriented and have the prerequisites for this.
• Collaborate between EA's consulting departments and service departments.
• Project manage and coordinate service packages and training.
• Calculate, prepare, and quote business deals.

Who are you?

• You have a technical education.
• You have professional experience in mechanical design, preferably within the automation industry or special machinery.
• You have the willingness to meet customer requirements and wishes in projects, but also understand the importance of sticking to budget.
• You have knowledge of machining technology and familiarity with commonly used components in automation systems and in robotic cells.

Furthermore, we are looking for someone who wants to use their knowledge to help customers and colleagues solve their problems. You have a strong technical interest and curiosity about learning more. You are responsible and structured in your work approach and skilled at interacting, structuring, and syncing your work with others in the department.
