Sveriges Ridgymnasium AB is a stable organization that has been in operation for over 19 years. Today, our schools are located in four places across the country. We are purposefully working to stay at the forefront of developing our schools and our pedagogy, with collegial learning high on the agenda. The vision of Sveriges Ridgymnasium is to be Sweden's best high school alternative for students interested in horses and equestrian sports, and our goal is to provide our students with the very best conditions to develop their horse interest and talent, while also receiving a solid high school education that leads them forward in life, regardless of their choices. At our schools, we create tomorrow's riders and horse enthusiasts with a solid educational foundation for both further studies and professional life.

In Varberg, our first high school was started in 2005. The school is located at Kvarnagården's Riding Center, together with Varberg's Riding Club and Varberg's Riding School - which are valued partners. Here, 20 employees work. 81 students are distributed across the school's three grades. The students study the Natural Resource Program, specializing in Horse Management.

This is what you will work with at our school

We are looking for teachers in Swedish and Religion.

The position is a temporary contract of 80%. The contract lasts until June 2026. The position is vacant, so we would like you to get in touch immediately if you feel this is the job for you.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who wants to work at a nature-oriented school with a big heart. It is meritorious if you have a high school teacher education and/or experience in teaching.

We would like you to have good IT skills, as you will be working in several different operational systems such as SchoolSoft, Teams, and Office 365.

As a person, you have good leadership qualities. You are attentive, structured, unpretentious, and present. We expect you to have good collaboration skills towards students, guardians, colleagues, and school management, and to value building trusting relationships.
