Björkens Dementia Center is centrally located in Höör and near the train station. Under one roof, all services are gathered, including special housing for people with dementia, short-term accommodation, respite care, and day activities.

Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 inhabitants, and a steady population increase. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer. Many of our employees commute here.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

At Björkens Dementia Center, our goal is to create meaning, stimulation, joy, social interaction, and a continued active life for our citizens. You will perform care work based on the citizen's wishes and needs with a focus on quality.

As a nursing assistant, you are the key person in this work, and together with your colleagues, your manager, and healthcare staff, we offer citizens the best possible care.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who are applying are a trained nursing assistant. You need to master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with citizens, relatives, and colleagues in both speech and writing. To succeed in the job, it is important that you are comfortable using computers and mobile phones in your daily work.

As a person, you are meticulous and committed both to the citizen and their relatives. You find it easy to collaborate with others, are self-motivated, have a pedagogical approach, and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere in our workplace.

OTHER

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it does not need to be allocated for internal use.
