The Anderslöv Health Center is a well-functioning unit with a stable staff group with high competence and well-established routines. Here, we focus on the patient and maintain a good social climate that makes both staff and patients feel welcome. We work with a team-based approach where different professions collaborate to create the best for our patients. The health center is divided into three teams, and twice a week the different teams meet to discuss current patient cases that require input from various professions. These team rounds provide added value not only for our patients but also for our staff group. Team collaboration brings joy to work, knowledge enhancement, and an opportunity to share the care burden that complex cases can bring.

We are engaged in digital development and have, among other things, introduced digital care access for our patients. The nurse handling the case can choose to chat, call, or have video contact with the patient. This tool will complement our telephone service.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of a nurse, you will work in our telephone triage to meet and assist patients to the right level of care. Other tasks include reception with dressings, suture removal, piccline, and more. Additionally, you will sometimes assist the doctor during surgeries and certain examinations and receive drop-in patients, some of whom have serious and urgent conditions.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who are a licensed nurse with the authority to practice in Swedish healthcare. Language skills in Swedish equivalent to at least level C1 according to the Council of Europe's scale are required. We would also like you to have experience from primary care.

As a person, you are service-oriented and have a good approach towards both colleagues and patients. You find solutions in a flexible way and have a holistic perspective that makes our patients feel seen. Furthermore, you are structured, meticulous, and have good collaboration skills. Additionally, we see that you work for the best of the organization. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
