We are looking for an analytical Manufacturing Process Developer/Technical Assistant who wants to work with process optimization, Power BI, and global standardization in manufacturing on behalf of our client.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As a Manufacturing Process Developer/Technical Assistant, you will be the right hand to our client's Global Process Owner in Manufacturing. The role is a crucial link in the effort to strengthen and digitalize global manufacturing processes. You will operate in a high-quality environment where standardization and innovation go hand in hand to ensure excellence throughout the production chain.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will have a coordinating and technical role with a focus on:

  • Administering and standardizing global processes (SOPs) in the quality management system Veeva and reviewing local documentation.
  • Facilitating pilot projects for new digital solutions and creating training materials for global rollouts.
  • Using Power BI to compile decision-making materials and visualize key performance indicators for manufacturing processes.
  • Mapping and modeling business processes in tools like iGrafx and Visio.
  • Coordinating the client's global Community of Practice to share best practices among different production units.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or another relevant technical field.
  • Has documented knowledge in Power BI for reporting and visualization.
  • Has a basic understanding of regulatory environments (GMP, QMS, or similar).
  • Has experience in process modeling (e.g., Visio, Miro, or BPMN) and good familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Professional level in English (spoken and written) as you will operate in a fully global environment.
  • Is analytical, structured, and enjoys driving projects forward with stakeholders from different countries.
