One of our District Nurses with diabetes competence is retiring, and we are looking for a new colleague with diabetes expertise.
Tullinge Health Center is located south of Stockholm, approximately 20 minutes by commuter train from T-Centralen. The health center is close to commuter trains and buses. The area consists of a mixed population ranging from small children to an older generation. Tullinge Health Center is a well-functioning workplace where we continuously strive to improve. Job Responsibilities
The work involves taking responsibility for some of our diabetes patients as well as common tasks for district nurses or nurses at the health center. The position primarily focuses on diabetes care but also includes planned and unplanned visits to the clinic, on-call duties, and telephone advice. Our opening hours are weekdays from 07:00 to 17:00, and we will agree on a schedule when employment is confirmed.
Qualifications
Nursing education with experience in primary care. You should also have good computer skills and experience with the TakeCare journal system. A district nurse education is an advantage.

Employment Type
Permanent employment 100%. A probationary period may apply. Start date by agreement.

- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
