Project Manager at Riksbyggen

Riksbyggen is in an exciting development phase regarding our commercial customer segment. We are now looking for a project manager within our Market Area Rikskund.

Make a Difference with Us

As a project manager with us, you will work closely with management and leasing throughout the entire project process, which may include maintenance and renovation projects, tenant adaptations, and energy efficiency improvements. This is a role where you, as a project manager, truly get to work from start to finish with great freedom. You will drive your own projects through all stages and be responsible for both implementation and results.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Leading some of our projects and ensuring the work throughout the construction process, including final inspections and handover
• Collaborating in teams during the analysis phase of the customer's renovation needs, living environment, and finances
• Working with teams in sales to customers and clients
• Preparing tender documents and managing procurements of designers and construction contracts
• Managing extensive contact areas with customers, contractors, consultants, and various authorities

Your Skills and Engagement Matter

We are looking for someone who is passionate about renovation projects and has the ability to meet our customers' needs. You have several years of experience in project management within the real estate industry and management. You have led projects from analysis and design to implementation and closure, and have been responsible for budgets and forecasts.

We Expect You to Have:

• Education as a civil engineer, construction engineer, and/or relevant competence and experience from the real estate industry
• Strong leadership skills – able to lead people in various temporarily assembled groups
• Experience in project management, management agreements, procurements, and purchasing
• Comprehensive construction technical competence with broad installation knowledge
• Experience in maintenance and renovation projects of multi-family houses as well as local and tenant adaptations
• Good local market knowledge of contractors and consultants
• The ability to see the big picture and proactively identify risks, opportunities, and deviations in projects/operations
