About the role

With us, you step into a broad and adaptable role with tasks related to both site manager and construction engineer. This provides you with a solid foundation and a holistic understanding of the various parts of a construction project and how they connect over time. You will work with planning, finance, and design, while also having a clear presence on our construction sites alongside colleagues.

Through our method of phased collaboration, projects are shaped together with the client at an early stage. You will follow how decisions are made, how the production perspective affects the whole, and how long-term solutions take shape. You will also be part of the dialogue around decisions, where your thoughts, ideas, and perspectives are seen as important contributions to the project's development.

From the start, you will have a mentor in Olle Forsberg, Annika Grönberg, or Lars Westman, business area managers with extensive experience in the contracting business. They are operational in the projects and together create a safe, clear, and forward-leaning environment. The role will evolve over time, with the ambition to build both competence and independence sustainably, so you can further develop in the area where you have the best conditions for success.

About you

We are looking for a recent graduate engineer with a bachelor's or master's degree in construction engineering, civil engineering, or equivalent education related to the construction industry. You are curious, structured, and thrive in an environment where collaboration and dialogue are a natural part of everyday life. Above all, you want to learn, take responsibility over time, and develop together with others. To succeed with us, it is important that you share and live by our values.

As this role will involve some travel to various projects in the Stockholm area, we prefer that you have a valid driver's license (B).
