Our client offers a position as a site manager on an exciting project in central Stockholm. Your new employer? Our client has an ongoing project in Stockholm city where you as a site manager can benefit from being communicative, structured, and having either experience in or great potential for leadership.

In the role of site manager with our client, you will be the key person in planning the daily work. Of course, you often do not have detailed knowledge of the time required for all work tasks but listen to the various work groups on site. You then leverage your communication skills to lead and communicate with all groups on site to set a plan and, with structure and problem-solving ability, steer the work in the right direction according to the plan you set, of course with the support of the foreman and project manager.

• Has a post-secondary education in construction and civil engineering.
• Maybe you have some years of experience in the role of site manager or similar, or perhaps you are more junior but show great potential and clarity in your ambitions.
• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish and English.

It is also important that you as a person are flexible: in construction, a lot (and let’s be honest: a lot) can go wrong and not go according to plan. Your ability to take action in identifying and acting on what goes wrong will naturally be an important part of your success in this role, of course with the support and guidance of your managers.

The company is a player in the construction and contracting industry that has grown organically over the past five years and now has about 20 employees. They manage commercial property and residential projects and establish complete project organizations.
