We are looking for an HVAC technician for a smaller specialist company where you will have freedom with responsibility, short decision-making paths, and a daily routine involving service, troubleshooting, and improvements at customer sites.

You don't need to know everything from day one; we match assignments to your level and gradually build on more advanced tasks over time.

• Salary 36,000–42,000 SEK (depending on experience)

You will primarily work with:

• Service and troubleshooting of ventilation systems (e.g., FTX/supply/exhaust)

• Actions, adjustments, and improvement suggestions

• Basic documentation and customer interaction

More advanced tasks such as balancing, commissioning, or control/regulation can be included if you can and want to, but it is not a strict requirement.

• Has experience in HVAC/service/property (or related technology)

• Has a B driver's license

• Enjoys customer contact and takes responsibility for your work

• Speaks and writes Swedish

• OVK / experience with OVK inspections

• Balancing, commissioning, control & regulation, property automation

• Energy efficiency
