Addstruction AB is a contracting company operating throughout the Stockholm area, with a focus on the southern side. We primarily work with groundworks and civil engineering, but also take on construction assignments. Our projects may include drainage, house foundations, retaining walls, paving stones, cable shafts, water/sewage installations, fine grading, and snow clearance.

Our customers are private individuals, housing cooperatives, property developers, and other companies. We strive to be a secure and professional choice for our clients. Therefore, quality, stability, clarity, and good customer relations are important parts of our work. We are also covered by collective agreements via the machine operator agreement and SEKO.

We are now looking for an operational foreman/project manager as the company is growing and receiving more inquiries. To ensure our projects continue to run smoothly, we need to strengthen our organization with a person who can take responsibility both in production and in planning.

You will become part of a company with approximately 10 employees and some recurring subcontractors. The team includes, among others, civil engineers, machine operators, and truck drivers. You will be based out of our newly built premises on our own property in Riksten, but the role also involves being on-site where the projects are located.

As an operational foreman/project manager, you will among other things:

• Lead, plan, and follow up on the daily work out in the projects.
• Start workdays and ensure that staff have the correct information, materials, and resources.
• Be out in production and provide practical support when needed.
• Train and support employees in their profession.
• Plan upcoming days together with the CEO, staff, and subcontractors.
• Maintain contact with customers and follow up on ongoing work.
• Calculate costs for new jobs, write quotations, and participate in contract drafting.
• Handle problems that arise and ensure that projects continue to move forward.

Areas of Responsibility

You are responsible for driving the daily operations in the business. This means giving clear instructions, planning resources, following up on work, and ensuring that projects maintain the right quality, time, and structure.

The role also has a project management aspect. You will be involved in reviewing new projects, calculating costs, writing quotations, and following the process from initial contact to completed work. As the company grows, there is also an opportunity to influence working methods, recruitment, and the development of a clearer management structure.

Desired Profile:

• At least 5 years of practical experience in groundworks, civil engineering, or related contracting activities.
• Category B driver's license.
• BAS-U certification.
• Understanding of AMA (Swedish construction standards) and how it is used in practice.
• Basic understanding of contracts and experience with contract drafting.
• Experience driving projects from start to finish, from calculation and quotation to planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up.

Meritorious if you:

• Have BAS-P certification.
• Have a Category C driver's license.
• Have experience as a machine operator.
• Have professional qualifications within the industry.
• Have relevant certifications or courses related to groundworks and civil engineering.

Start: Immediately.

Working Hours: 07:00–16:00, Monday to Friday.

Location: Work area primarily in southern Stockholm on ongoing projects or at the company's premises in Riksten.

Employment Type: Full-time, permanent with a 6-month probationary period.
