We are looking for 1–2 new self-sufficient colleagues who want to join our driven team, starting in August/September. Are you a trained carpenter or do you have extensive experience in construction and renovation? Do you thrive with varied workdays and enjoy working practically and independently? Then you might be the right fit for us.

As a carpenter with us, you will work on both small and large construction and renovation projects. Your tasks will include, among other things:

Installation of parking rails and other outdoor structures
Painting of facades, fascia boards, and cladding
Wallpapering, spackling, and interior painting
Various carpentry works, repairs, and installations for private clients
Exterior renovations and window replacements
Trenching for underground cables and restoring the ground
Fitting out attics, including the construction of access stairs/loft walkways

The work is mostly independent, where you are responsible for planning and executing assignments for the customer. However, there are also projects where you work in pairs, for example during larger renovations or heavier tasks.

No two days are the same here — you will get to work practically and solve problems. We are a close-knit family-owned business with short decision-making paths and opportunities for advancement.

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you have:

At least 3–5 years of experience (vocational certificate or documented experience)
Category B driver's license
Take responsibility and are detail-oriented and self-sufficient
Enjoy working in a small team where everyone helps each other out

About the position

Work area: Stockholm and surrounding areas

Working hours: Monday–Friday

Scope: Full-time

Start date: August

Employment type: 6-month probation period
